Accommodation

Dalbrack is a most attractive, traditional period house, located within the small conservation area of Ballater and sleeping up to 8 guests. It has stunning uninterrupted views over Ballater Golf Course towards the hills and mountains of the Balmoral Estate. The spacious and very comfortable accommodation is bright and sunny and has been fully equipped with everything you might need for an enjoyable holiday.
The accommodation is centrally heated and comprises:-
Ground Floor
- An attractive sun porch with chairs - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view.
- Spacious well appointed double bedroom with golf course view, TV/DVD.
- Large living room with bay window, oil fired stove, very comfortable sofas TV, Video, DVD and CD player. There are a good selection of books, maps, games, videos and CD’s.
French doors leading onto –
- A large modern open plan kitchen dining room.
- The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and numerous other electrical appliances.
- Utility room, equipped with additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying area.
- Shower room with basin and WC.
Upstairs
- Cloakroom with WC.
- Two sunny twin bedrooms with outstanding views.
- Additional attractively furnished bedroom with comfortable king size bed and WHB (available for 2 further people as an extra if required).
- Bathroom with shower over bath, WHB and WC.
All electricity, heating costs, bed linen and towels as well as many kitchen essentials are included.
Garden
The house has a delightful stone paved area to the front with heather and rhododendron borders. To the rear is an enclosed sheltered garden with a lawn and patio, table and chairs.
We regret that no pets can be accommodated at Dalbrack.
